Position Details Caseload :

1:1 or small group student support (Middle School)

Location :

Onsite in Manor, TX schools Responsibilities Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs Support students in the classroom and during school activities Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams Document services and share observations with the support team Promote student safety, independence, and dignity Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs Qualifications Valid Paraprofessional Certificate Experience working with children or students with special needs (preferred) Ability to follow medical, behavioral, and personal care protocols Dependable, patient, and compassionate, with strong communication and collaboration skills Must pass background check and any school-specific onboarding requirements Why Join Sage Connections?
