Key Qualifications:

Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly working with children requiring additional behavioral or academic support Ability to fulfill all Para requirements as outlined by Rhode Island Department of Education Comfortable assisting with personal care, including toileting and diapering, as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with other teaching assistants in a group rotation Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping young learners thrive Reliable and professional, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom

Core Responsibilities:
