Paraprofessional Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associates degree or prior school-based experience preferred Ability to work effectively with students with diverse needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass a background check This is a W-2 contracted position

Job Details:

Full-time position Caseload details will be provided during the interview process Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities Support students with academic and behavioral needs Hourly pay rate: $25+/hr Benefits included The Paraprofessional will work closely with the classroom teacher to support students in achieving their educational goals. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson implementation, providing one-on-one or small group support, monitoring student progress, and helping maintain a structured and positive learning environment.
