Job Description

All About Kids Learning Center is based on a passion for teaching and cultivating a healthy, communicative environment for young learners. We are dedicated to helping children learn, play, and grow; all while providing them with the tools to thrive in our school environment. We are looking for teacher assistants and floaters that reflect our student centered, early childhood philosophy while also leading with a mindset of care and compassion.
Responsibilities & Skills:
At All About Kids, we are looking for teachers who will be able to meet and engage with these expectations effectively while fostering a fun and safe environment.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment for children throughout our school
  • Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
  • Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental needs
  • Cultivate a creative learning environment
  • Lead with patience, care, and compassion
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom
  • Ability to assess children's individual progress and needs
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding children
  • Communicate effectively with child's parents/guardians Our Qualifications
  • Candidates must pass a state background check (BCI)
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must be CPR certified
  • Professional Development experience preferred, once employed you will be expected to complete 20 hours of professional development per year
  • CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education (preferred notrequired )
  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or similar field (preferred) If you are passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you!
