In this dynamic role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest learners. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans focused on early childhood education, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment and encouraging appropriate behavior among toddlers Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive development, motor skills, and creativity Help supervise children during playtime, meals, nap time, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and well-being Contribute to curriculum development by preparing materials aligned with educational standards such as Montessori or preschool frameworks Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative learning atmosphere Support children with special needs or those requiring additional behavioral management strategies, including working with individuals with autism or disabilities Requirements Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for toddlers or preschoolers Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to inclusive education and childcare excellence Certification or coursework in special education or early childhood education is a plus Join us in shaping the future by supporting the growth of our youngest learners!
