Instructional Assistant - Hampton, New Hampshire Job DescriptionJob Description Experience an impactful opportunity supporting students as a dedicated paraprofessional in a welcoming educational environment. Two full-time, 1:1 contract positions are available; your work will make a meaningful difference for individual students, starting on September 8th for the new school year. As a paraprofessional, you'll deliver compassionate assistance and encouragement, helping foster academic and social achievement. Your ability to build rapport, maintain patience, and implement accommodation strategies will be essential to supporting students' unique learning goals.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Experience providing support to students in a school setting Understanding of diverse learning needs and behavioral strategies Ability to form positive working relationships with students, staff, and families Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset Previous paraprofessional experience preferredResponsibilities:
