Job Description
Assist with daily lessons and activities by setting up materials, support small-group work, and reinforcing instructions under the director of the teacher. Supervise campers during activities, transitions, meals and outdoor time to help ensure safety and appropriate behavior. Support an inclusive, welcoming environment where all children feel respected, encouraged, and able to paricipate. Help maintain structured routines by guiding campers through schedules, expectations, and clean-up procedures. Collaborate with camp staff to coordinate activities, transition, and camper needs; step in as needed to support overall program flow. Communicate with families as directed by sharing day-to-day updates and promptly reporting concerns to the teacher or camp leadership. Assist with attendance and documentation, including check-in/check-out procedures and incident reports, following camp policies. Support special event and field trips helping with preparation, supervisions and transitions. Model positive behavior, teamwork, and respectful commuication with campers and staff.
