Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in implementing our educational programs and activities
- Provide support to students in their early learning and development
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent- Experience working with students in a childcare setting is preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Ability to assist in educating students and supporting their learning process in emotional and social development
- Familiarity with the unique needs and developmental stages of infants
- preschool aged children
- Understanding of child development theories and milestones
- Knowledge of basic childcare practices and safety guidelines
- Ability to assist in maintaining a well-managed and organized classroom environment
- Ability to assist in creating an engaging and stimulating classroom environment
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for promoting positive behavior in students
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
