Job Description

Come join our team at Above & Beyond Child Development Center! We are looking for full-time and part-time teacher's assistants for our infant and toddler programs! Responsibilities:
  • Assist the teacher in implementing our educational programs and activities
  • Provide support to students in their early learning and development
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with classroom organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with students in a childcare setting is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
  • Ability to assist in educating students and supporting their learning process in emotional and social development
  • Familiarity with the unique needs and developmental stages of infants
  • preschool aged children
  • Understanding of child development theories and milestones
  • Knowledge of basic childcare practices and safety guidelines
  • Ability to assist in maintaining a well-managed and organized classroom environment
  • Ability to assist in creating an engaging and stimulating classroom environment
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques for promoting positive behavior in students
  • Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
