THIS IS A HOME

DAYCARE, looking for a part time teacher assistant to work Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 6:00, this is a easy job, small group. Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques Collaborate closely with lead teacher Provide classroom support in early childhood settings such as preschool or toddler care, including Montessori or preschool environments. Assist with lesson planning, literacy education, basic math instruction, and classroom organization to ensure a smooth learning experience for all students. Little Hearts Daycare LLC Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, or private school environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior support strategies for students Strong communication and writing skills essential for documenting student progress and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Hands-on experience providing physical assistance or behavioral support for students requiring additional help in classroom activities. This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to grow professionally while making a positive impact on young learners' educational journeys.
