MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; related technical diploma preferred. A comparable combination of education and directly related experience may be considered. Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in an office setting preferred. Courteous and pleasant demeanor with co-workers, students and the general public. Ability to effectively and tactfully communicate in various forms with employees, students and the public at all levels. SKILLS Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Mature attitude and dependability required. Experience using business software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees.GENERAL DUTIES
: The Academic/Student Support Associate 3- Receptionist position is responsible for work performed in a variety of office tasks supporting Student Services.
