The ideal candidate is hands-on, flexible, and eager to help children thrive through curiosity, exploration, and play.

Responsibilities:

Support Lead Teacher in daily classroom routines Assist with bathroom breaks and snack/lunch time Sanitize toys and learning materials daily Help manage transitions, clean tables, and maintain a tidy classroom Encourage positive behavior and model kindness Participate in outdoor play and nature-based learning (1-3 hours/day, weather permitting) Assist with creative planning, scrapbooking, and parent communications

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent education Minimum 1 year in preschool classroom setting First Aid & CPR Certified (or willing to certify) Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Patient, reliable, detail-oriented, and supportive Comfortable being active outdoors in all safe weather Professional and excellent communication

Schedule:

Tues and Thurs 8:30am - 2:30 pm (Mondays + Wednesdays will be included at a later date, and may be available as substitute hours) Follows CMCSS break schedule

From $12.00 per hour
