Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum plans focused on literacy, math, and early childhood development principles. Support classroom management by fostering a safe, inclusive atmosphere that encourages positive social interactions and behavior Supervise children during activities, transitions, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety and engagement. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress, document observations, and communicate effectively with parents or guardians. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in classroom or childcare settings is highly preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and families.
