Utilize classroom management techniques to encourage positive behavior and foster a respectful atmosphere. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavioral updates, and developmental milestones effectively. Requirements Proven experience working with children in Christian preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and safety standards. Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred; certification in early childhood education or related fields is a plus.
