In this dynamic role, you will inspire young learners, foster a nurturing classroom environment, and support their developmental milestones. Your passion for early childhood education will help shape positive experiences that lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Duties Assist in managing a Full-Time Christian 2's preschool classroom, supporting an engaging and safe learning environment for children. Implement age-appropriate curricula that is developmentally appropriate. Assist in executing daily lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early intervention strategies. Utilize classroom management techniques to encourage positive behavior and foster a respectful atmosphere. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavioral updates, and developmental milestones effectively. Requirements Proven experience working with children in Christian preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management. Strong knowledge of early childhood development and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and safety standards. Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred; certification in early childhood education or related fields is a plus.
