Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic educational team. In this vital role, you will support classroom teachers in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and social-emotional learning, ensuring activities are accessible for all students. Support classroom management by helping maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment that encourages respectful behavior and engagement. Assist with physical needs of students requiring mobility or behavioral support, including basic childcare and toddler care tasks in preschool or early childhood settings. Support lesson planning and classroom activities that incorporate preschool methodologies to foster early childhood development and literacy education. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially in preschool environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively collaborate with team members and support student learning. Pay:
