We are looking for warm, dependable, and collaborative early childhood professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring Infant Teachers and Support Staff . Because we serve children across a wide range of ages, all team members should be comfortable working with children from 6 weeks through 5 years , depending on the needs of the school.
ABOUT THE POSITIONS
Infant Teachers provide nurturing, responsive care for our youngest children while supporting their individual feeding, sleeping, developmental, and play routines. Teachers work closely with co-teachers, support staff, and families to create a safe and loving classroom environment. Support Staff provide flexible support throughout the school. They may work with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers depending on the needs of the day and should be comfortable stepping into different classrooms and helping wherever needed.WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, school, or similar setting A genuine love for and understanding of young children Comfort working with children from infancy through age 5 Warm, patient, dependable, and professional Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to pass required background checks and meet Tennessee licensing requirements Early Childhood Education/Child Development coursework or a degree is preferredHOURS & COMPENSATION
Part-time and full-time opportunities , approximately 25-40 hours/week $15.00-$17.00/hour , based on experience, qualifications, and position Opportunities for additional hours through extended care and substitute coverage Opportunities for growth and increased responsibilityBENEFITS
