Job Description

General Duties:

1. Maintain classroom discipline. 2. Demonstrate competence in cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity. 3. Participate in 'in-service' training. 4. Participate in the Library Program and be in charge of 'sign out' sheets. 5. Any other job-related duties assigned by Wayne Halfway House, Inc. 6. Participate in the PQI Program as requested. 7. Follow all applicable Policies and Procedures of Wayne Halfway House, Inc 8. Will also need to be able to assist graduate students with online curriculum.

Qualifications and Experience:

A teacher assistant must be at least 19 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. One year working with a Children's Services Program is preferred. No Felony Convictions !!!!!
