Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with parents and caregivers to support each child's growth and learning journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to children, catering to their unique needs, including those with special education requirements. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all children, including those with disabilities or special needs. Supervise daily activities such as playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure children's safety and well-being. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and incidents. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational experience for all students. Qualifications Experience in childcare or preschool settings is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized learning environment. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Ability to engage effectively with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers. Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable. A nurturing attitude combined with the ability to educate young minds through play-based learning. Certification in CPR/First Aid is beneficial but not required at the time of application. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
