On-the-job training Flexible working hours Growth opportunities Kinderdance of Hidalgo County is now hiring part-time pre-school dance, gymnastics, and fitness instructors. Kinderdance is a traveling dance and fitness education company that teaches Ballet, Tap, Gymnastics, and Fitness to children ages 2-12. Training and full curriculums are provided. Candidate must be
SELF-MOTIVATED, ORGANIZED, ENERGETIC, PHYSICALLY
FIT and
LOVE CHILDREN.
Must have transportation and be comfortable with traveling to various locations (McAllen, Edinburg, Weslaco, etc). Dance and/or early childhood education experience is preferred. We are looking for candidates willing to commit from September 2026 through May 2027 and hopefully for years to come. Initial training will take place in August. Selected candidates will continue to receive on the job training and will begin teaching/assisting classes in September. Candidates MUST be available to work weekday afternoons. Afternoon hours range between 2:00-5:00 PM with a guarantee of at least 10 hours of work per week. More hours may become available depending on availability and teaching ability. Pay schedule will be put into place once training begins. Mileage will be included for any location that requires driving 10+ miles one way. All selected candidates will be required to complete a background check including fingerprinting as well as be CPR and First Aid certified (Pediatric and Adult).
