Knowledge of childhood development stages and effective child development instruction techniques. Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and knowledge of mandated reporting laws. Strong classroom experience with early childhood education practices and behavior management strategies. Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs; experience in special education is a plus. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members professionally.
