Classical Christian Hybrid Academy | Part-Time Highlands Latin School Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a dependable, caring, and creative part-time Campus Aide / Art & Craft Teacher to support our on-campus school. This role is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or adult exploring a future in education to gain meaningful hands-on experience in a classical Christian school environment. Campus Aides play a vital role in the daily life of HLSDFW by assisting teachers, supervising students, setting up and tearing down spaces for activities, and helping maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and joyful campus.

Responsibilities Campus & Classroom Support Assist Lead Teachers with classroom materials and daily needs Support students during classroom activities and transitions Help maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful learning environment Support student supervision throughout the school day Monitor lunch and recess Prepare and organize classroom materials and supplies Assist teachers with special projects and activities Provide additional student support as assigned Help ensure smooth transitions throughout the school day Help with classroom and campus cleanup Assist with moving and storing away desks, chairs, and clean spaces Art & Craft Responsibilities Prepare and lead art and craft activities (Curriculum is Meet the Masters) Organize and prepare art materials and supplies Demonstrate projects and techniques clearly to students Assist students throughout projects, particularly younger students Encourage creativity, craftsmanship, patience, and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe art workspace Assist students with cleanup and proper care of materials Collaborate with volunteers regarding projects and student needs Ideal Candidate Qualifications Previous experience working with children, teaching, childcare, art, or crafts is preferred but not required. A college degree is not required for this position.
