The ideal candidate will be adaptable, nurturing, and experienced in creating engaging learning environments for young children. This role involves providing coverage across multiple classrooms, assisting with curriculum development, and ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere that promotes childhood development and learning. A strong background in early childhood education, classroom management, and child welfare is essential to support our students' growth and well-being. Responsibilities Provide high-quality instruction and care across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten students. Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior and promoting social-emotional development. Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and physical exercises to promote overall development. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistency in teaching practices and classroom routines. Support special education initiatives such as early intervention programs and behavior management strategies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
