Infant Assistant Teacher - 18 months to 2.5 years old Are you passionate about working with infants and toddlers in a nurturing, Montessori environment? Join our team at Cantera Montessori in Georgetown! Our beautiful school is designed to support each child's natural curiosity, independence, and emotional growth. At Cantera Montessori, we believe in creating a loving and consistent environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Our fully implemented Montessori programs foster independence, creativity, and strong social connections, helping children develop confidence and a deep love for learning. Our Montessori Toddler Community serves 15 children ages 18 months to 2.5 years old with a teaching team of 3 teachers: 1 Lead Teacher and 2 Assistant Teachers. We are looking for caring and dedicated Toddler Assistant Teachers who: Has experience or a strong desire to work with infants and toddlers Is eager to learn and grow as educators Thrives in a collaborative, supportive team Wants to explore Montessori education and philosophy Enjoys hands-on learning experiences like gardening, cooking, art, and STEM activities with children Why Join Cantera?
