Support daily management of correspondence (e.g., email, phone calls) and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Enter information into technological platforms and assist students, faculty, and staff with operations. Assist Associate Dean, Director, and staff with collecting and analyzing/maintaining data and creating and distributing reports/presentations. Assist with planning and coordinating meetings and events. Assist with gathering and submitting travel documents. Answer multi-line phones and transfer and direct phone calls. Maintain office supply inventory, prepare documents, and assist with various office projects. Other Requirements for the Position Qualifications include ability to work in a team environment, outstanding technology skills, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
