We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Instructional Aide to inspire and guide our early learners. Responsibilities Support teachers and students in their engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for elementary Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation, creativity, and confidence through effective classroom management strategies. Use differentiated instruction techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, including students with special education requirements or autism spectrum disorder. Monitor and assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments; analyze performance data to tailor instruction accordingly. Integrate educational technology tools and learning platforms to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Communicate effectively with teachers, colleagues, and administration through regular updates, conferences, and written reports to support student development. Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists, and administration to ensure curriculum consistency, compliance with educational regulations, and continuous program improvement. Support early intervention initiatives and incorporate literacy, math, science, social studies, and physical education into daily lessons. Maintain accurate records of behavioral incidents, assessments, and lesson plans in accordance with school policies. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood education, classroom management, learning technology integration, and special education practices. Experience Proven classroom experience supporting elementary school students Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management techniques. Experience working with children with diverse needs including those requiring special education or behavioral support. Familiarity with curriculum development, implementation processes, standardized testing procedures, and learning styles adaptability. Demonstrated ability to utilize educational technology tools effectively within the classroom environment. Excellent communication skills for interactions and team collaboration. Prior experience working in private school settings is preferred but not required; a passion for nurturing young learners is essential. Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulation requirements related to early childhood education is highly valued.
