Responsibilities:

Support teachers in both instructional and non-instructional tasks, ensuring a safe and supportive learning atmosphere. Assist students one-on-one or in small groups with daily activities, life skills routines, and classroom engagement. Help guide students through behavioral challenges and provide consistent encouragement. Attend to personal care needs as necessary, fostering dignity and respect. Observe and share student progress with the classroom team and follow individualized plans.
