A Teacher Assistant assists classroom teachers by providing extra individual attention and instruction to students. Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

What You'll Do:
Marketing Responsibilities:
Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Facebook Reels) Capture authentic moments throughout the school (following all media consent policies) Film both inside and outside the classrooms Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar software Photograph school events and classroom activities Assist with social media planning and content calendars Help promote enrollment events, seasonal activities, and community partnerships Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and trending content Help grow our online presence and engage with the local community
Classroom Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom activities Help supervise children during indoor and outdoor play Support learning activities and classroom organization Build positive relationships with children and families Create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who: Is currently studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred) Enjoys creating engaging social media content Is comfortable being on camera when needed Has experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva, or CapCut Is creative, organized, and self-motivated Loves working with children Has strong communication skills Is dependable and professional
