Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to facilitate their participation in classroom activities. Support classroom management strategies by helping maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. Assist with behavior management techniques promoting positive behavior and social skills development. Collaborate regularly with teachers to ensure comprehensive support for each student's growth. Support classroom routines including childcare activities for preschool, kindergarten, and school aged children . Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings a plus Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for students Proficiency in basic math skills and literacy education me Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and students.
