Multiple positions are available for licensed Life Skills Aides, and those with strong backgrounds in behavior intervention may also be considered. Ideal candidates are compassionate professionals with direct experience assisting with behaviors and personal care or toileting.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate required Experience supporting students with personal care and behavioral needs Commitment to meeting each student with patience, respect, and consistency Teamwork and clear communication skills, collaborating with educators and staff Comfort and reliability maintaining confidentiality and a positive school environment
