The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to engage with children effectively. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning atmosphere and ensuring that each child receives the attention they need to thrive. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. Support students with their developmental milestones, ensuring comprehension and engagement. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including supervision during playtime, meals, and nap times. Help manage classroom behavior by promoting positive interactions among students. Work with children with disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities. Skills Strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Familiarity with literacy education techniques. Compassionate approach towards working with children with disabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
