A Teacher Assistant assists classroom teachers by providing extra individual attention and instruction to students. Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

We are seeking a loving, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Pre-K Teacher to join our Christian preschool team! The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working with young children, and creates a nurturing, faith-based learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate Pre-K lessons and activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Incorporate Christian values and character development into daily routines Maintain classroom schedules, daily reports, and lesson plans Work collaboratively with other teachers and administration
Qualifications:
Must have previous Pre-K teaching experience Passion for working with preschool-aged children Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience in a Christian school or daycare setting is a plus
