What You'll Do As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher and classroom team to provide exceptional care and support for infants.

Your day will include:

Providing a warm, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants. Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Assisting with developmentally appropriate Montessori-inspired activities and experiences. Helping maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom. Ensuring children are supervised and accounted for at all times. Building positive relationships with children and their families. Communicating with parents about their child's day, development, health, and well-being. Assisting with classroom records, portfolios, and documentation. Supporting classroom routines, including meals, diapering, rest, and transitions. Helping create an environment that encourages exploration, independence, and confidence. Following all Fractal Education Group policies and Texas Child Care Licensing requirements. Understanding and fulfilling mandated reporter responsibilities. Participating in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and parent conferences. Supporting the classroom team and school with additional duties when needed. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. CDA preferred. 2-3 years of early childhood experience is preferred. Experience working with infants preferred. CPR and First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet Texas Child Care Licensing eligibility requirements. Why Join Us?
