Job Description
Bear River Charter School is looking for an outstanding teaching-minded individual to work with our students in the elementary school setting. Hours are roughly 8:00-3:00 Monday-Thursday and 8:00-1:30 on Fridays. The paraeducator is expected to have professional work ethic ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. Aides will work with students and many staff regularly and must have exceptional interpersonal skills. The position will focus primarily on behavioral support for students. This position requires Paraeducators to be highly proficient in math and Language Arts skills, as well as behavioral experience for any grade up to 6th grade. Prospective paraeducators will complete a math assessment and an interactive reading assessment. Please submit a resume.
