AFTER SCHOOL ASSISTANT

One part-time position 19.5 hours per week for 178 contract days for a full school year.

Responsibilities:

To reinforce instruction to individual or small groups of students in a variety of subjects in an assigned classroom; assist in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of lesson plans; assist in the implementation of a behavior modification programs; perform routine clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel.

Requirements:

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and some experience working with children in an educational or organized learning environment

Salary:

Based on the 2025-2026 Education Support Professional Salary Schedule $27.26 per hour starting hourly rate (Salary placement is based on related experience)
