One part-time position 32 hours per week for 178 contract days for a full school year

Responsibilities:

To provide support to the instructional program within assigned classroom with specific responsibility for assisting in the supervision and instruction of severely special needs students; observing and documenting student progress; implementing plans for instruction; and assisting students by providing for special health care needs. This position requires physical agility—including the ability to run, jump, walk, and stand—as well as the capacity to safely implement approved Mandt System physical restraint techniques when necessary to support student safety.

Requirements:

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and some experience working with children in an educational or organized learning environment. Experience working with individuals with special needs is desirable.

Salary:

Based on the 2025-2026 Education Support Professional Salary Schedule $30.88 per hour starting hourly rate (Salary placement is based on related experience); plus insurance and retirement benefits
