Our programs are built on strong coaching, positive environments, and a focus on long-term success for both athletes and staff. Job Overview We are seeking an attentive and dependable After School Program Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and supervising school aged children while providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment. This is a part time position, with 12-20 hours or 3-5 shifts per week available. Duties Welcoming all students and parents into the facility with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while creating a fun, hands-on learning environment. Ensuring children are safe and properly supervised during daily school pick ups and classroom activities. Driving the van safely, ensuring children follow safety rules and all traffic laws are observed. Assisting with cleaning up children's snacks, lunches, and activities throughout the day. Ensuring students remain safe, engaged, learning, and having fun during activities. Ensuring children are properly clocked in and out using Brightwheel. Completing daily cleaning duties to ensure the classroom is organized and presentable for the following day. Gathering and preparing classroom materials and supplies as needed.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
Proven experience working in afterschool programs, preschools, schools, etc. Excellent communication skills and comfortability interacting with parents Ability to present a clean driving record and pass a background check Afternoon availability from 2:30-6:15 pm on assigned shift dates Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments Join us as an After School Program Assistant if you're passionate about providing a safe and enriching environment for children!
