Job Description
Patient Care Coordinator - Plastic Surgery Avant Plastic Surgery | South Jordan, UT Full-Time | $22-$25/hour Avant Plastic Surgery is seeking a polished, highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience for our cosmetic and surgical patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and enjoys building relationships while guiding patients throughout their care journey. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and established patients Conduct pre-consultation calls to understand patient goals and discuss general procedure investment ranges and financing options Manage patient inquiries, leads, consultation scheduling, and follow-up Coordinate surgical procedures, deposits, paperwork, and pre- and post-operative appointments Present surgical quotes and clearly communicate next steps and scheduling expectations Support consultation-to-procedure conversion through relationship-building and consistent follow-through Maintain accurate patient documentation and assist with clinical before-and-after photography Provide front-office and patient-flow support as needed Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, med spa, concierge medicine, or a similar high-touch elective healthcare environment strongly preferred Experience in patient coordination, medical office administration, or a comparable service-driven role Experience with consultation follow-up, patient conversion, surgery/procedure coordination, or elective procedure scheduling preferred Comfortable discussing pricing, deposits, and financing options professionally Experience with EMR/EHR, scheduling, or patient communication systems Exceptional communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Polished, professional, service-oriented demeanor Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered Who We're Looking For You are warm, poised, proactive, and highly organized.
