Position Overview We are looking for a kind, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher/Floater to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is excited to gain experience in the field of early childhood education. As an Assistant Teacher/Floater, you'll work closely with lead teachers to support a warm, engaging classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with daily classroom routines and activities Support children through play, exploration, and learning experiences Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and coworkers Model kindness, patience, and respect in all interactions Help with classroom organization, materials prep, and maintaining a clean environment Qualifications A genuine love for working with young children Positive, reliable, and eager to learn Team player with good communication skills No formal education or previous experience required — training and ongoing support provided Must meet state childcare licensing requirements (background check, etc.) Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive and collaborative team environment Paid training and opportunities for growth A positive workplace centered around community, compassion, and learning The joy of making a meaningful difference every single day
