## Job Summary We are looking for a passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in childhood development and creating a supportive educational setting for young learners. We have 1 full-time position 8:00am-5:00Pm ## Duties
  • Assist in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote children's cognitive and social development
  • Support the Head Teacher in maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Help monitor and evaluate each child's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed
  • Contribute to effective classroom and behavior management strategies
  • Assist in keeping the learning space organized, clean, and conducive to learning activities ## Requirements
  • Proficiency in classroom management techniques
  • Understanding of childhood development principles
  • Familiarity with lesson planning education is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly with children
