About This Role This is the perfect position for a college student that is working towards the education field! We're seeking part time leads, and assistants to work with students Preschool age through school age. Our facility has been in business for fifteen years. We are independently owned and operated, and pride ourselves in offering a family, home like environment. We are located in a rural area, and embrace country style living! No nights or weekends required What You'll Do Excellent supervision and communication skills implementation of lessons, and routines classroom management skills must work well with others, and be a team player Excellent caregiving ability to lift, and stand, bend etc Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a group setting (childcare, church group, other organization) fingerprinting/background checks tb test or screening CPR/FA within 90 days of hire Virginia Preservice Training within 90 days of hire Benefits Paid trainings Paid time off Paid Holidays Health insurance available Discounted childcare
