Candidates should be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The Lead Teacher will oversee classroom management, lesson planning, and child development activities. The Teacher Assistant will support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines, supervision, and care of children. The ideal candidates will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and staff members. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development Maintain daily communication with parents regarding the child's progress and concerns Follow all licensing regulations and center policies Complete required documentation, incident reports, and attendance records Assist with potty training, feeding, diapering, and daily routines as needed Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members Attend staff meetings and required trainings Maintain classroom schedules and structure
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
