Multiple full-time paraprofessional positions are available working with high school students with mild to moderate needs in a well-respected district near Brattleboro, VT. You'll help create a positive, encouraging atmosphere while providing critical assistance to students and teachers alike. Key Qualifications:
High school diploma required Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience working in classroom settings, small groups, or offering 1:1 support preferred Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Reliable, adaptable, and committed to student success
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide instructional and behavioral support to high school students with mild to moderate needs Work 1:1, in small groups, and within the classroom setting, adapting to a variety of situations Assist teachers with implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and daily lesson plans Help supervise and guide students throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment to aid in student achievement This is a contract position offering valuable experience collaborating with seasoned educators while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
