9663127-05478 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in diverse classroom settings as a Paraprofessional. This position offers a chance to work closely with educators and make a real difference in the educational journey of children in grades K-8. The assignment begins August 20th, aligning with the academic calendar for a 37.5-hour week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar supportive role within schools Understanding of classroom dynamics and the ability to support students individually and in groups Strong communication abilities with both students and staff Patience, adaptability, and a passion for fostering student growth Background in ESP (Educational Support Professional) or Behavioral Intervention preferred, but not required Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and follow educator guidance

Primary Responsibilities:

Support instructional activities inside and outside the classroom under teacher direction Provide behavioral, academic, and social assistance to students on a one-on-one or small group basis Assist with classroom management and create a supportive learning environment Accompany students as needed throughout the school day and during transitions Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) implementation Collaborate with educators to adapt learning materials for diverse student needs Enjoy a role where every day presents opportunities to impact lives.
