Working as an aide is an excellent opportunity to be a mentor and help students become the best versions of themselves. Aides are essential in ensuring students continue to learn and grow every day. Aides may also be referred to as paraprofessionals, education technicians, teacher's aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant or education assistant.
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 for Elementary and Middle school Must be at least 21 for High School Perks you'll enjoy with

Responsibilities:
Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation Paraprofessional Responsibilities Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported. Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, reinforcing classroom instruction while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.
