Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract To Hire We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join a supportive high school team. This position will provide 1:1 and/or small-group support to students with mild to moderate disabilities . Position Details High school caseload Mild-moderate student population 1:1 and small-group support Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Support classroom instruction and individualized student goals Collaborate with teachers and special education staff Help implement IEP accommodations and behavior support strategies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous school, special education, or paraprofessional experience preferred Experience working with students with disabilities is a plus Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Apply today to learn more about this school-based Paraprofessional opportunity!
