• Entry Level position are: High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of hand tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team Manufacturing, troubleshooting, Lean Manufacturing, ISO, or 5S experience is a plus Benefits you will receive as the Manufacturing Machine Operator•

• Entry Level, your duties and responsibilities will include: Set up, start, operate, and monitor production equipment Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed Conduct quality inspections and verify product specifications Complete production records and machine documentation accurately Handle materials and ensure equipment is operating efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate equipment or tooling issues to support teams and assist with continuous improvement efforts Ready to Apply?
