As an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School located in Issaquah, you help instill a love of learning through play to your students while managing the day-to-day operations of the classroom. Core Responsibilities:
Help with overall classroom management. Assist in the execution of the curriculum for the classroom. You will seek to ensure the safety, quality, and consistency of care for all your students. Maintain our inclusive culture and demonstrate a commitment to our quality assurance standards, accreditations, and licensing requirements. Foster teamwork and develop relationships that inspire trust with families. Update class decorations and maintain child portfolios and attendance logs.Requirements:
Ability to work effectively as a team with a Lead Teacher. Previous classroom experience in an early childhood education setting. All Candidates must pass required state background checks and TB test. Complete PDP based on Washington State Requirements.
