What You'll Do:
Be the friendly, caring adult who creates a positive environment for kids during before and after school hours Lead fun activities like games, crafts, and creative play that inspire teamwork and personal growth Ensure a safe, clean, and happy space where children feel valued and supported Show leadership by modeling respect, kindness, and responsibility Team up with school staff and connect with parents to keep the program running smoothly Help with snack time and clean-up while keeping the energy upbeat and fun
What We're Looking For:
Someone passionate about putting kids first and living our program values every day High school diploma or equivalent (experience with children is a plus!) A positive, humble attitude with strong communication skills Ability to stay calm and patient, even when things get lively! CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified (we'll support you!) Pass a background check with pride
Hours:
Monday
  • Friday Afterschool (M/T/Th/F 3:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM & W 12:30
