$70,000 to $75,000, depending on experience Join a Small Specialty Practice Where You Can Make a Real Difference Evergreen Endodontics is looking for an exceptional Dental Front Office Coordinator to become an important, long term member of our team. This is more than a traditional receptionist position. You will be the face and voice of our practice , often the first person our patients and referring dental offices speak with. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates exceptionally well, stays organized, and takes pride in making sure things are done right. Many of our patients come to us because they are experiencing dental pain or are anxious about treatment. A warm voice, a reassuring conversation, and a friendly welcome can make an enormous difference. We want someone who understands that. We are a small, established endodontic specialty practice, not a large corporate dental office. You will get to know our patients, our referring dental offices, and our team. We hope to find someone who is looking for a long term professional home and wants to grow with the practice. What You'll Do You will help keep the front office running smoothly while providing an excellent experience from the patient's first phone call through completion of treatment. Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Schedule patients and help manage the daily schedule, including patients who need urgent care Greet patients and create a welcoming, comfortable experience Communicate with referring dentists and their teams Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities Process insurance claims, payments, EOBs, and patient accounts Coordinate referrals, records, reports, and other communication with dental offices Help maintain the strong relationships we have built with our referring dental practices, including occasional local office visits and practice outreach Take ownership of day to day front office responsibilities and help identify ways we can make the practice even better Who We're Looking For Above all, we are looking for the right person . You should be friendly, dependable, organized, comfortable with responsibility, and exceptionally good with people. You should communicate clearly both on the phone and in person and be able to remain calm and helpful when the office gets busy. Attention to detail is important. So is initiative. As you become familiar with our practice, we want you to feel comfortable solving routine problems, making good decisions, and taking ownership of your role. Dental experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are happy to train an exceptional candidate with the right personality, work ethic, and desire to learn. Experience in any of the following would be especially valuable: Dental or medical front office experience General dentistry or a dental specialty such as endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, or pediatric dentistry Dental insurance, claims, billing, benefits, or EOBs Dental assisting combined with strong administrative or front office skills Dental assistants considering a transition to the front office are encouraged to apply. Your clinical knowledge can be a tremendous asset in this position, and previous front office experience would be an additional plus. A Place to Grow We are not simply looking for someone to fill a desk. We hope to find someone who wants to become an important part of the practice for years to come. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and grow into a leadership role within the office. We believe that as your contribution and responsibilities grow, your career and compensation should have the opportunity to grow as well. Schedule and Benefits This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with no regular evenings or weekends. Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Paid holidays Paid time off accrued based on hours worked Eligibility for an annual performance bonus Professional training and opportunities for continued growth Convenient parking directly in front of the office A Great Place to Spend Your Workday Our practice is located in a welcoming standalone office in a beautiful river setting, with convenient parking directly outside.
