Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is preferred Comfort working with middle and high school students Experience facilitating activities or small-group sessions is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote SLP and school staff Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student development
